
The vernacular farmhouse-style, Beasley House, is among the first constructed in the Aycock neighborhood, and has been restored through the efforts of several owners over the past 25 years. The current owners worked with Steve Johnson and a local General Contractor and they were the recipient of a PGI Award for Preservation Excellence after successfully adding onto the back of the with a modern bathroom and utility room.

This early 1900's Queen Anne home has had a series of additions over the last 100 years. Two previous renovations included a rear entry porch that was converted to a master bathroom, and an old deck converted to a utility room. We removed both of those additions and recreated a modern "period correct" bath.
