This home owner had a challenge... they had a garage that was completely unusable, and wanted to convert it into a studio where she could teach cooking and sewing classes. The challenge was to make the new space feel "separate" from the house so that her clients would know exactly where to go when they got to her home... and, it couldn't look like it used to be a garage. Before that work could begin we had to empty the garage. That required us to build a new shed (that looks like the house) AND convert the carport into the new garage.
