The client loves their 4th floor condominium at Governor's court... great view of downtown, walkable ammenities, and great neighbors... but the interior finishes needed an upgrade. They leaned on the design team to inspire modern and functional design. In addition to a new island and countertops, we designed a custom cabinetry at the front door to provide a modern interpretation of a "mud room", custom cabinetry for a built-in "home office", and a new entertainment center.
